A film adaptation of Aozora Daichi's off-beat gag comic series about a detective who can talk to bugs, starring Aikawa Show, who's notorious for being an insect aficionado. Almost all of the insects in the film are shot live. The story takes place in Shinjuku, now a wasteland from a massive explosion. A woman (Oyamada Sayuri) approaches insect detective Yoshida Yoshimi (Aikawa) to request a search for a stink-bug. The woman calls him "Tanaka," laughs, and takes off. Tanaka is actually the name of a legendary detective who disappeared 5 years ago...
