This is a survival horror film based on the comic of the same name by Matsumoto Koji that has been translated all over the world. Kim Tae-gyun, the director of Crossing which represented Korea for Best Foreign Language Film at the 81st Academy Awards, provides extreme action. The high school student Akira (Ishiguro Hideo), guided by a mysterious beauty (Mizukawa Asami) who says she knows the whereabouts of his missing older brother (Watanabe Dai), heads to a solitary island with his companions. Waiting for them there are the local residents, transformed into vampires.
