A high school horror co-starring gravure idol Saaya and Kikuchi Ayaka of pop idol group AKB48. People who receive a phone call from a girl who calls herself Mary die mysterious deaths one after another... This urban legend, well-known among young people, forms the basis for this film. When Minako (Saaya), Mayuko (Kikuchi Ayaka), and the rest of their high school karate club head off to a training camp deep in the mountains, one of the members suddenly goes insane, and the others disappear one by one. Minako sets out to uncover the cause of these bizarre incidents, then receives a phone call from a mysterious girl.
