[ Story ]

A yakuza film starring Okuda Eiji, who as a director won the Montreal World Film Festival's Grand Prix for his film {a long walk}. Set in Yokosuka following World War II, it is based on the true turbulent life story of a man who was called the strongest gangster in finance. Featuring a special appearance by Chiba Shinichi. One day, Ishida Takamasa (Okuda), who leads a bunch of marauding toughs that includes his delinquent friend Miyatomo (Ozawa Hitoshi), meets a gang boss named Oshizuka (Kataoka Isao) at a gambling den. Impressed by his honorable nature, Ishida joins his gang and begins to make a name for himself.
