The latest feature film based on one of Japan's best-loved hit manga which enjoys a broad popularity that transcends generations and national borders. Creator Toriyama Akira helped to devise the plot and character designs, resulting in a completely original story.
Several years after the desperate struggle between Mr. Buu and Son Goku (voice: Nozawa Masako) to decide the fate of the universe, Goku receives word that god of destruction Bills (voice: Yamadera Koichi) has awoken from his long slumber. Eventually, Bills and a mysterious man named Whis (voice: Morita Masakazu) journey to King Kai's planet to face Goku.
