A full-length animation adapting NISHIOISHIN's teen mystery novel as a trilogy: "Tekketsu", "Nekketsu", and "Reiketsu". Production studio, SHAFT, which worked on the TV version aired in 2009, is handling the animation. The staff includes chief director Shinbou Akiyuki and director Oishi Tatsuya.
One night, private high school student Koyomi (voice: Kamiya Hiroshi) happens upon the vampire, Kiss-shot (voice: Sakamoto Maaya). All her limbs amputated by someone, Kiss-shot is given blood by Koyomi who begins to become involved with all manner of "apparitions".
