[ Story ]

Intense film about a gigantic conflict engulfing everyone from the yakuza, mafia and informal criminal groups known as "hangure," all the way to the police and government. Brings together yakuza film stars including Ozawa Hitoshi, Motomiya Yasukaze and Aikawa Show. Produced to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the direct-to-video production company All In Entertainment.
The head (Watanabe Hiroyuki) of the Hyodo syndicate, affiliated with Japan's top yakuza syndicate Tendokai, gets killed. Tendokai lieutenant Washio Kazuo (Ozawa) figures out that the figure behind the murder is Myojin Yoshinari (Aikawa), who controls Tokyo's outlaws and unorganized criminals known as "hangure."
