This is the third theatrical anime of "YO-KAI WATCH," a hit game that has expanded into a variety of other media. In this new film, live-action has been seamlessly added to an unusual adventure story that depicts the well-known characters of YO-KAI WATCH going back and forth between the anime and real worlds.
A giant, flying whale suddenly appears over Sakura New Town, and the minute the whale's call resounds, Keita (voice: Tomatsu Haruka) and various Yo-kai undergo a transformation. Keita (Minamide Ryoka) and the other characters realize that they have been given a "real" appearance and are now standing in the "real" world!
