[ Story ]
Back in the 1920's Ryuji is the head of a local group of gamblers. He and his friends are quite aware that the police are crooked and take bribes but efforts to expose them only result in making them bitter enemies. The police and the rival gangs now set out to eliminate Ryuji and almost succeed. Finally there is a bloody sword fight and Ryuji is vindicated.
