[ Story ]
A young man (Ishihara Yujiro) is employed by a supposedly liberal politician who is anxious for reform. He believes the politician, works hard and helps expose the various schemes of rival politicians. Becoming suspicious, however the young man decides to strike out and do some investigating on his own. He discovers that his boss is not only no better than others --but even worse, involved as he is in a dope-smuggling ring. The show-down comes when the politician catches on and orders his henchmen to kill the young hero.
