[ Story ]

Aboard a night ferry in the Inland Sea, Masaaki Kagari (Akira Kobayashi), a young tough, who supplies hostesses to night spots, encounters Yuko (Kumi Mizuno), his ex- sweetheart. He considers himself a private underworld sort of policeman-in the com- munity of such women.
Yuko, now a bar proprietress, is under the protection ofTahei Daigo (Tomoo Uchida), a sinister gang boss who in his quest for chances of good investments abroad plans to offer young girls to rich foreigners.
Asked to gather attractive girls by Yuko, now Tahei's puppet, Masaaki collects many only to find them mysteriously missing.
The girls victimized include Reiko (Junko Natsu), looking for her missing sister, and Noriko (Noriko Maki), searching for Masaaki and seeking a lucrative job through his introduction .
In his probe into Tahei's plot, Masaaki is wounded by Tahei's gang, but saved by Reiko. He raids T ahei's mansion and rescues Yoko (Megumi Matsumoto), the blind sister of Kuroki (Ryohei Uchida), Tahei's right hand
man.
Yuko and another bar proprietress, tip him
on Tahei's planned secret shipboard party for his foreign guests. This is squashed by Masaaki and Shiro (Eiji Go) in their daring two-man raid and eventually a police crack- down. Yuko goes away, and Masaaki resolves to be a brotherly guardian of the poor blind girl.
