[ Story ]
Yoji is taken to a bar which Tadashi operates and there he meets his old love Emiko (Meiko Kaji) now working as mistress and accepts Tadashi's appeal for help in finding the drug thieves.
After grilling one of the small hoodlums about who took the marijuana, Yoji and Tadashi find the looter is a mammoth underground organization.
Meanwhile, a group of hoodlums are disgruntled over their failure to sell the drug through Tadashi. One day they kidnap Tadahi's sister Shinko (Chieko Harada) and rape her. A fight then occurs between them and Tadashi.
Yuji, however, steps between them and succeeds in luring the hoodlums into storming the association 's headquarters to recover the marijuana.
When Emiko is shot to death by an association rascal, Yoji, Tadashi and hoodlums attack the association headquarters. President Yuasa (Kenji lmai) tries to escape by helicopter with the drug, but Yoji and Tadashi recover the marijuana and triumphantly take to the air in the helicopter…
