Film adaptation of author Yamauchi Mariko's debut novel. Painfully wistful ensemble story revolving around a guy named Shiina who was the object of everyone's admiration in high school, depicting the lives of young people living in a provincial city ten years later.
The first-person protagonist (Hashimoto Ai) is a 27-year-old freelance writer who returns to her hometown from Tokyo, and she gets together with high school friend Satsuki (Yanagi Yurina) and cameraman Suga (Murakami Jun) to see Shiina (Narita Ryo), who they all admired in high school. Along the way, vivid memories from high school replay in the protagonist's mind.
