Sadako vs. Kayako and Impossibility Defense director Shiraishi Koji scripts, lenses, helms and stars in this horror film that portrays the terror of a film crew as a subjective experience.
Horror director Kuroishi Koji (Shiraishi) takes assistant director Ichikawa Miho (Hotta Mayu) to a house deep in the mountains to shoot a documentary. There, they meet the delusional Miyoshi Maria (Kakei Miwako), who frantically claims that she experienced events exactly as they happened in Kuroishi's film. Kuroishi's camera documents inexplicable phenomenon in Maria's creepy house.
