Drama about the relationship between a Korean woman and a stubborn artisan who makes traditional Japanese paper known as "washi". Director Inudo Kazutoshi made a splash with Coming Out.
Echizen Washi artisan Takeo (Ishikura Saburo) has lived in emotional isolation since the death of his wife, but he collapses due to a brain tumor and is in need of care. Yona (Kim Kkot-bi), a Korean woman in Japan on a working holiday, comes to his aid. Stubborn Takeo and pushy Yona butt heads repeatedly, but gradually Takeo opens up under Yona's care.
