Garnering attention with THE DEVIL'S PATH, Shiraishi Kazuya directs an ensemble cast in a story poignantly, yet at times amusingly, portraying women who exist in Tokyo's nightlife. One of the films commemorating the forty-fifth anniversary of Nikkatsu Roman Porno, it ties together the connection between three prostitutes and the men with whom they are involved.
Three women wander Ikebukuro's bustling, neon-lit business district. Each of them bear their own troubles: one lives in an internet cafe, one is a single mother, and one is infertile. But today, again, they have been called on by men and engage in pleasures of the flesh.
