[ Story ]

After the Pacific War ends a group of strange hoodlums forcibly take over a district utilized by street vendors. The Sakuragumi group which is assisting repel the invaders then finds a recruit in the person of Ryuji, nicknamed the "University Dragon", which greatly pleases Tamami, daughter of Sennosuke, their chief.
After the local festival Tamami and her followers start to dance when a fierce and bloody fight breaks out between the Dobashigumi and the Sakuragumi in which Sennosuke is wounded.
Finally the Sakuragumi led by Tamami and assisted by Ryuji, the University Dragon, and his friends, defeat their enemies in a thrilling climax to a film packed with action.
