First feature film for the TV series "Seitokai yakuin domo" based on Ujiie Tozen's comedy manga. TV series director Kanazawa Hiromitsu helms the film as well.
The venerable all-girl Osai Academy turns co-ed in response to declining birth rates. The student body has 524 girls and 28 boys. Student council vice president Tsuda Takatoshi (voice: Asanuma Shintaro) runs the school's activities with the girls in the student body, including student council president Amakusa Shino (voice: Hikasa Yoko) and secretary Shichijo Aria (voice: Sato Satomi).
