Zeze Takahisa, who scored a smash hit with his 2-part adaptation of Six Four writes and directs this socially relevant thriller based on Yoshida Shuichi's short story compilation 'Hanzai Shosetsu-shu'.
12 years ago a young girl was kidnapped at the junction of a Y-shaped road. The case remains unsolved. Tsumugi (Sugisaki Hana), a close friend of the victim, has been deeply scarred emotionally by the incident. Before long, another young girl disappears at the very same Y-shaped road and suspicion falls on a solitary young man, Tsuyoshi (Ayano Go). Meanwhile in a village beyond the Y-shaped road, beekeeper Zenjiro (Sato Koichi) feels increasingly lonely.
