Electrifying documentary from world-renowned director Hara Kazuo about Okuzaki Kenzo, an anarchist who used radical means to doggedly confront the Emperor's wartime responsibility.
Okuzaki Kenzo runs a battery and used car repair shop with his wife in Kobe. He calls himself the sole "Impartial Soldier of the Emperor's Army" and traverses Japan with the Emperor's Army flag trailing from his car. In the 36th year following the end of the war, surviving soldiers reveal the truth about shocking incidents and wartime conditions.
