A theatrical animation adaptation of Fukamidori Nowaki's popular novel. Director Fukuoka Daisei of the "Phantom of the Idol" series fame has created a mystery-solving adventure fantasy that races through the world of books.
Mifuyu (Kataoka Rin), a high school student living in the town of Yomunaga, known as the town of books, is the daughter of a family that has managed the town's huge library"Mikura Hall"for generations. However, she feels distain towards books. One day, books are stolen from the library and the town is suddenly swallowed up by the world of stories. To save the town, Mifuyu sets out on a journey along with the mysterious girl Mashiro (Tamaki Sora) to catch the book thief.
