[ Story ]
Going on seventy years old, the filmmaker begins daily exercises to combat aging. Appreciating the flowers in his garden each day, he starts to feel invigorated. With a sometimes cynical, sometimes intimate first-person voice-over, this poet and pioneer of the Japanese personal film genre uses the diary style to convey the delights of daily life and a humorous outlook. Since a few years, he has continued making a video per year titled "Kyokushiteki (extreme personal)" as in this work.
