[ Story ]

Documentary about issues concerning nuclear power plants. Director Ishida Tomoya became interested in the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster and conducted numerous interviews of both nuclear power proponents and critics who were involved in the situation, including former prime ministers, cabinet members from that time period, and nuclear energy experts.
Ishida started having doubts about nuclear energy after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. He set out to interview people knowledgeable about the situation, starting with Kan Naoto and Hosokawa Morihiro. A vision for Japan emerges from his simple question, "What is nuclear power?"
