[ Story ]

A documentary that follows Kato Shii, a thirty-six-year-old single man who once devoted himself wholeheartedly to achieving his dream, but was unable to accomplish it. Now he is dead set on becoming a "yokai" (monster) who encourages others to realize their goals. Director Watage has absolutely no filmmaking experience prior to making this documentary, which was a prize winner in competition at the Za Koenji Documentary Festival in 2014.
"Dreams can come true! That's why I'm going to become a yokai!" Today, somewhere, Kato the Yokai is screaming one of his "yokai speeches" at adults who have lost sight of their dreams.
