Installation in the omnibus "4 Stories with a Cat" in which four young directors deal with the theme of cats. Director Hayazaka Ryosuke‘s graduation film Socratic Love for the Graduate School of Film and New Media at Tokyo University of the Arts got a theatrical release.
Hikari (Shibata Kyoka) is a junior high school girl with a taste for science fiction, and on a whim she sends a fake mail to a stranger claiming to be their future daughter. One day, a guy (Hasegawa Tomoharu) who believes her fanciful lie shows up, and this fake father-daughter pair set off together…
