This film is a rebuttal to the 82nd Academy Award Feature Length Documentary Oscar-winning THE COVE which examines Japan's dolphin fishing. It deals with the basis of the deep-rooted international controversy involving dolphins and whales. By interviewing THE COVE director, Louis Psihoyos, the people of Taiji-cho, government officials, among others who represent various viewpoints on both sides of the whaling issue, the film delves deeper into the controversy.
Director Yagi Keiko chases down sealed political truths over the whaling controversy not publicized by THE COVE.
