Dr. Tagawa, a famous chemical weapons scientist has been kidnapped. G-man Akiyama and detective Kagawa meet Sanae, the scientist's daughter who finally reveals that her brother Eiji is being used as a tool by a foreign secret organization. One day Akiyama finds a score-book written in code and traces its ownership to Ranko, but while he watches her she is killed by a time bomb. When Akiyama finds Eiji in a black car driven by Ginko, a cabaret madam, he asks Sanae to work in the cabaret as a waitress. One night, Sanae finds the character "G" on the rings and cigarette-cases of Ginko and a customer Yamanoi. Sanae recalls that the same character was carved on Ranko's lighter. While watching the cabaret Detective Kagawa is captured by the organization and taken to the basement execution room…
