A documentary about manga artist Arai Sho who lives life as neither a man nor woman but an intersex. Born and raised female, and also having been married, Arai undertook chromosome testing at the age of 30. That is when Arai was informed of being intersex. Arai has since accepted this and currently lives with a young, male homosexual assistant, Usakiko. The camera closely follows the pair's every day life and their relations with others thus capturing a true picture of sexual minorities. The film is narrated by talented actress Koike Eiko.
