Documentary delving into the essence of ramen, the fascinating Japanese comfort food that elicits worldwide enthusiasm. Focuses on the passion and intense lifestyles of Nakamura Hiroto, CEO of the hugely popular AFURI chain, and his brother Nakamura Shigetoshi, the owner-chef of Nakamura in New York. Director Kobayashi Masato also served as producer, scriptwriter, cameraman and editor and shot in twenty-one cities in six countries including the US, UK, Canada and France.
