[ Story ]
This is the debut feature-length human drama by actor Tanaka Toshihiko. The film had its world premiere at the Rotterdam International Film Festival and won the Tiger Award for Best Film.
One day, Hikari (Suzuki Takara), who has been living with the feeling that her own existence is tenuous, is attracted to a photograph. As a consequence, she emailed the photographer responsible and asks if he could take a portrait of her. She continues with her daily life, and has almost forgotten about the email, when she suddenly receives a reply…
