Gunpi of the comedy duo "Haru to Hikoki", who is popular on the internet as "Bakido" and has more than 1.68 million subscribers to his YouTube channel, in his first starring role in a movie.
Yamada (Gunpi), who works in the tourism section of the Seki City in Gifu Prefecture city hall but is useless for anything other than his love of monster movies, is ordered by the mayor to produce a local film. Yamada, who has doubts about mediocre local movies, comes up with the idea of making a monster movie, which is his dream, but it soon develops into a major incident that involves the city government.
