Feature film based on an original TV drama directed, scripted and edited by actor Odagiri Jo. Dark fantasy with a wacky premise in which Odagiri is dressed in a dog outfit.
Police canine handler Ippei's (Ikematsu Sosuke) partner is a dog named Oliver, whose father was a legendary police dog. But somehow Ippei sees Oliver as a guy (Odagiri) dressed up in a full-body dog outfit. One day, famed dog handler Yayoi (Fukatsu Eri) shows up and asks Ippei for help with an investigation.
