Two years after the previous incident. A new threat shatters the tranquility of the hot spring town.

Guided by a "strange sound" echoing through the deserted Kyushu hot spring town, a legend of the past is reawakened. Abnormal situations erupts in Kyushu, swarming with "sharks"! Is this the return of the HotSpring SharkAttack?!

As the hot spring resort town faces crisis, the protagonists who run a local hot spring inn resolve to confront this unprecedented situation. To protect the beautiful nature and the lives of the people, they muster their wisdom and courage, challenging the threats that come one after another.
