28th feature film for the "Detective Conan" anime series based on Aoyama Gosho's comic, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday.
Nagano Prefectural Police detective Yamato Kansuke (Takada Yuji) was pursuing a suspect in the snowy mountains when a rifle bullet fired by the man grazes his left eye, followed the huge roar of an avalanche. Ten months later, Kansuke and Uehara Yui (Koshimizu Ami) rush to the National Astronomical Observatory in response to a reported attack on a researcher. That same night, the Mori Detective Agency gets a call from a detective who was once Kogoro's (Koyama Rikiya) colleague.
