Twenty-second "Detective Conan" theatrical animated film based on the still-serialized Weekly Shonen Sunday comic by Aoyama Gosho. It depicts the showdown between elementary school student detective Edogawa Conan and Amuro Toru, a man wearing three guises as a private detective, a Public Safety Division officer, and a Black Organization member.
A massive bombing suddenly occurs at the new "Edge of Ocean" facility in Tokyo Bay, scheduled site of the Tokyo Summit. At the bombing site traces are present identifying Amuro Toru (voice: Furuya Toru) who belongs to Zero, the nickname for a secret organization within the National Police Agency, the very same National Police Agency that oversees the Public Safety police throughout the country.
