The twentieth theatrical film of the TV anime series based on Aoyama Gosho's mystery manga. With the soul of a high schooler but in an elementary school student's body, young detective Conan tackles international conspiracies. Dealing with the internal affairs of arch-enemy The Black Organization, the true nature of which has not been revealed even in the manga, the film scored the series' highest boxoffice of 6.33 billion yen.
One night, a spy infiltrates the national police and by a hair's breadth is prevented from leaking highly classified secrets by the Public Safety Division. The spy escapes by car, but crashes off the road. The following day, Conan (voice: Takayama Minami) visits an aquarium and finds a woman suffering from amnesia.
