Director Hamana Takayuki, whose works include "Library War," has created an animated adventure version of the children's story from popular British author, Alex Shearer. Using innovative settings, he vividly depicts the story of a boy and girl's struggle to fight back against a despotic new government. In a certain country of Europe, a new political party called Good for You has come to power and passed the Chocolate Prohibition Law, which bans all kinds of chocolate and candy. Huntley (Toyonaga Toshiyuki) and his friends are not going to stand for this and begin to create and sell bootleg chocolate.
