Film adaptation of the monumental piece "Masked Rider Decade," marking the 10th anniversary of the Heisei era Masked Rider series. The characters that appear in this episode not only include Heisei era masked riders, but Showa era masked riders and beasts from the past series also make an appearance. Masked Rider Decade Tsukasa (Inoue Masahiro), Natsumi (Mori Kanna), and Yusuke (Murai Ryota) investigate the piano music coming from mysterious western-style building. But once there, a girl called Sayo (Arai Moe) accompanied by a man, Tsukikage (Oura Ryuichi), who she says is her elder brother, appear before them.
