Commemorating the 45th anniversary of the Masked Rider series, the very first actor to play the Masked Rider, Fujioka Hiroshi, returns to the role after 44 years. He is joined by other Masked Riders such as Masked Rider Ghost.
45 years ago Hongo Takeshi (Fujioka Hiroshi) was turned into a cyborg by the evil secret organization, Shocker, but fought to defend humanity's freedom as the Masked Rider. Fighting evil for many years overseas, Takeshi learns a young girl is in danger and immediately returns to Japan. The girl holds the key to resurrecting Ambassador Hell, one of Shocker's high-ranking figures.
