[ Story ]
The true story of an apprentice police dog who keeps failing the test to become a full-fledged police dog and her apprentice trainer. Filmed entirely in Kagawa prefecture where the original story and characters are from, this is a touching drama about the strong bond between the two. Kyoko (Kaho) joins a training center with dreams of becoming a great trainer. She soon hits it off with Kinako, a frail puppy who is apparently not suited to becoming a police dog. Going against the head trainer Banba (Terawaki Yasufumi), she starts to train her, but on exhibition day, Kinako fails miserably to jump over a hurdle, landing flat on her face.
