[ Story ]
A concluding part of a TV drama "Unfair" has been made as a theater version.
A daughter of a Tokyo metropolitan police investigator, Yukihira Natsumi (Shinohara Ryoko), is caught up in a bombing incident and is injured. Furthermore, the hospital where she is admitted is seized by terrorists, who demand eight billion yen of the Metropolitan police's unofficial funds within two hours. The police are reluctant to respond as they do not want the public to know about the unofficial money. Yukihira loses her patience and marches into the hospital singlehandedly. She finally corners Goto (Shiina Kippei), the leader of the terrorists, but is shot dead by Saiki (Eguchi Yosuke) of the public safety department. Saiki turns out to be the mastermind of the whole episode. Saiki's fiancee was murdered during his attempt to uncover corruption in the Metropolitan Police in the past, and he has been trying to take revenge, using Goto. Goto was killed before the truth is uncovered, but then Saiki also gets murdered. On the surface the case looks solved, however, the person who murdered Saiki, as well as the dishonesty of the Police, melts into the darkness once again.
