The production team from LOVELY笘?OMPLEX (Love Con) and The Handsome Suit present this horror-comedy based on a novel by Yukio Mishima Prize-winning author Maijo Otaro. This marks television-drama director Shirakawa Takeshi's cinematic directorial debut. Mayama Sugina (Aibu Saki) is a graduate student researching "Neck Theory," which posits that scary thoughts can actually bring about the existence of ghosts. In love with Sugina, Shudo Tomokazu (Mizobata Junpei) becomes her guinea pig and enters the "Neck Machine," only to go through a spectrum of frightful experiences.
