The 18th film version of the popular TV animation series, based on Usui Yoshito's gags strip. Shinnosuke, the mischievous super kindergartener, travels twenty years into the future in a time machine. The director is Shigino Akira who also directed the last film. One day, Tamiko (voice: Kugimiya Rie) from the future city Neo-tokio, appears before Shinnosuke (voice: Yajima Akiko). Tamiko claims she is the wife of the adult Shinnosuke and asks five-year-old Shinnosuke to help get her husband out of a fix.
