An emotional masterpiece of the love between father and son, created with full cooperation with Chatan-cho in Okinawa Prefecture, which marks the 30th anniversary since the start of the town administration. The film is based on an 'Okinawa Shibai' (Okinawan play) called "Oka no ippon-matsu" (a pine tree on the hill), and directed by the film maker Oshiro Naoya who lives in Okinawa. A junior high school student in Okinawa stars. Chatan-cho located in the center of Okinawa's main island. A junior high school student Kuwae Ryo (Kamiya Kenta) lives in this small town. He makes a friend with an American boy Kevin whom he met at a Karate school, but Kevin accidentally shoots Ryo's father with a gun. Meanwhile, Ryo discovers a past secret of his father.
