The first film based on the new Pocket Monsters animated television series "Best Wishes", which began screening in Japan in 2010. Together with Pokémon The Movie: Black—Victini and Zekrom, this is the first time in Japanese animation history that two movies based on the same property were released at the same time. Satoshi (voice: Matsumoto Rika) and his friends arrive at Eindoak, a city with a castle at its center known as the "Sword of the Vale." When taking part in a harvest festival, they meet a mysterious Pokémon called Victini (voice: Mizuki Nana).
