An ensemble comedy set in an unorthodox mental institution. With a cast featuring the entire membership of popular theater troupe Super Eccentric Theater, it presents a lively depiction of the slapstick antics of men and women of various ages who have fallen prey to the darkness in modern society. Its director is Omori Kazuki, known for his medical drama Disciples of Hippocrates, and also the holder of a doctor's license. Investment analyst Taguchi (Kumakura Isao) is wanted by the police on suspicion of committing fraud, and seeks refuge at what appears to be a deserted amusement park and zoo. However, it turns out to be a daycare institution for people with psychological problems.
