[ Story ]
The Aozora Jishu Hoiku Nakayoshi-kai (blue sky independent childcare friends group) is an independent outdoor childcare group in Kamakura City, Kanagawa that has been active since 1985. Based in a rural valley, the children who take part play in the hills and in the sea. The group's approach to childcare is to refrain from offering verbal and physical guidance, and simply watch over the children instead. For three years from the age of one to three, they participate in the group in the midst of nature. Helping their friends, sharing, and developing bonds... Even if a fight breaks out, the children deal with it between themselves. This is a documentary about kids helping each other to grow up.
