Romantic drama depicting the emotional resurrection of a youth who has lost someone dear. The lead is played by Kiriyama Ren, who made a name for himself with the special effects action film . With this film he displays a sensitive side that overturns his wild image. Childhood friends Koji (Kiriyama) and Koyako (Uryu Misaki) start junior high school, and develop a fondness for each other. However, one day Koyako suddenly vanishes, and deeply wounded Koji moves to Tokyo to enroll in a college prep school. He studies hard and goes to graduate school, but privately he is unable to forget Koyako.
