[ Story ]
Fantastic coming-of-age comedy boasting an out-of-this-world situation. The heroine, who appears to be a high school student but is in fact a fish, stirs up a huge commotion on land, which she just can't get used to. Directed by Kajino Ryutaro, who gained a cult following with his debut film Pyokotan Purofairu. While gathering seashells on the beach one morning, Kamoka (Takami Kokoro) discovers the young girl Maiko (Satake Uki) dressed in a school uniform as she rises up from the ocean. Kamoka hesitatingly decides to take in Maiko, who seems to be a kind of fish, appearance notwithstanding.
