An installment from program B of an omnibus about mysterious creatures made as part of the first film project by Polar Circle, a collective founded by director Kageyama Shu who has gathered together an eclectic range of unique filmmakers. Animator Sawada Yutaro presents this animated work of science fiction. Urban legends about the end of the world were whispered time and time again, and each time they caused a commotion but were generally ignored. Countless days and months later, the Earth falls into ruin. It is invaded by the lord of fear, whose arrival was once foretold as the planet's death knell. Eventually, a robot savior also arrives on the scene.
